The Role
Reports to: CEO, Qubiqa Sp. z o.o. & Group Finance Director, Qubiqa Group (Denmark)
For our client we are looking for a skilled and proactive Controller to help shape the future of our finance function in Piła. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building tools, and creating value through strong financial insights.
You’ll work closely with the local management and Group Finance in Denmark, contributing to digitalization, reporting, and performance management – while being hands-on and detail-oriented in day-to-day controlling tasks.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses
• Take the lead in implementing and maintaining digital finance tools and BI dashboards, based on the Group’s SAP BW and Power BI platform
• Act as a link between Qubiqa Poland and Group Finance, translating Polish accounting principles into structured group-compliant processes that enable digitalization and automation
• Perform controlling on variances and processes; monitor deviations and follow up with stakeholders on root causes and corrective actions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning in collaboration with local and Group Finance teams
• Contribute to month-end closing by preparing controlling data and analysis, based on accounting figures prepared by the accounting department.
• Support the implementation of Group internal control procedures and reporting standards, adapted to local conditions
• Participate in monthly on-site visits to Denmark for coordination, collaboration, and knowledge exchange


The Successful Applicant
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate controlling, business finance, or financial reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and confidence in working with Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to decision support
• A hands-on and proactive attitude, comfortable building tools and working independently
• High focus on quality, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous improvement
• Fluency in English is required
